Shipping & Returns

Each product is individually printed after you order it and shipped from the EU within 10 business days (except pre-order items).

All prints are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they are free of any visible flaws (which can be caused by many reasons like a bad batch of paper or printing issue). 

Prints are placed in a transparent sleeve and shipped flat in protective packaging. Some of our packaging and filling materials are upcycled to reduce waste.

Global shipping by registered mail. Items will be sent with tracking, however, some destinations may not able to provide local tracking once the package has arrived. 

Shipping to the following territories is currently unavailable or special rates apply: Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Bolivia, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Botswana, British Indian Ocean Territory, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Curacao,  Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, French Southern Territories, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Honduras, Lesotho, Libya, Malawi, Martinique, Mauritania, Mongolia, Reunion, Rwanda, Sint Maarten, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Samoa, Seychelles, Somalia, Suriname, Syria, Turkmenistan, Venezuela, and Yemen. If you're from the listed areas you must contact us before placing an order.

Please be mindful that additional taxes and duties may apply in the country of destination. By placing an order, you assume all responsibility for paying these charges directly to the relevant authorities.

Return policy

All prints are made-to-order and, therefore, not returnable and not refundable.

However, please reach out if your order arrives damaged in transport.
